Your profile:

Your tasks:

• Self responsible development of new products or functional solutions for brushed and brushless DC motors
• Calculation and simulation of the electrical design
• Participation in development projects in the range of duty
• Analysis and evaluation of technical solution concepts under consideration of functional aspects
• Participation in design reviews
• Analysis of existing customer specifications and preparation of product- and functional specifications
• Definition and compilation of test requirements and improvement of the development-based test analysis

 Your profile:

Your tasks:

• New customer, new market and mew product application development
• All kinds of technical support for existing customers and/or existing projects in mechanical, electrical and electromagnetical areas incl. control and documentation
• Support in design fixing, APQP process and SOP (start of production) according to customer requirement
• Project milestone control based upon technical preconditions
• Internal and external communication among global organization as well as internal coordination for customer support
• Business trips, when necessary (Europe, North America and Asia including Japan and China) as well as regular meetings with customers

Your Tasks:

• You coordinate the RFQ process (customer specifications, statement of requirement, feasibility studies, timing and validation)
• During the whole project you are responsible for production preparation, new tooling/parts procurement and quality processes (FMEA, DRBFM, Six Sigma)
• You assure proper communication procedures towards the customer
• You are the window person for client contact during the mass production phase
• You validate the control and testing methods with R&D, Engineering and Production
• You perform final product release activities in accordance with established procedures and production schedules

Your Skills:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in the automotive sector
