Your profile:

Your tasks:

• Self responsible development of new products or functional solutions for brushed and brushless DC motors
• Calculation and simulation of the electrical design
• Participation in development projects in the range of duty
• Analysis and evaluation of technical solution concepts under consideration of functional aspects
• Participation in design reviews
• Analysis of existing customer specifications and preparation of product- and functional specifications
• Definition and compilation of test requirements and improvement of the development-based test analysis

 Your profile:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• First work experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry, but not essential 
• Experience in the calculation and layout of electric motors

Your tasks:

• New customer, new market and mew product application development
• All kinds of technical support for existing customers and/or existing projects in mechanical, electrical and electromagnetical areas incl. control and documentation
• Support in design fixing, APQP process and SOP (start of production) according to customer requirement
• Project milestone control based upon technical preconditions
• Internal and external communication among global organization as well as internal coordination for customer support
• Business trips, when necessary (Europe, North America and Asia including Japan and China) as well as regular meetings with customers

• Propose to the NMA Purchasing Commodity Manager a purchasing strategy for the respective commodities for global NMA suppliers
• Develop a 3 years business plan for the commodities
• Manage and take responsibility of the entire suppliers' relationship within the respective commodity in coordination with the plants
• Responsible for annual price negotiations
  
• Define, update and communicate the commodity strategy and enforce its implementation in all sites
